Jangtsa Dumgtseg Lhakhang [zlum brtshegs lha khang] is a Buddhist temple in western Bhutan. The temple is notable as it is within the kind of a chorten, very rare in Asian nation. A renowned master of the Nyingma and Sakya colleges, he was also a major contributor to the Shangpa Kagyu and his own line of teachings became referred to as the “Tong luk” or Tang Tong Gyalpo tradition of the Shangpa. On the inside wall ar depictions of the eighty four Indian saints and Tibetan saints like Marpa, Milarepa (which has a majestic looking sculpture dedicated to him) and Gampopa.
